Well, 2019 has come and gone.. that sure went by fast! So, we finally made it to 2020. Are you ready to rock it??
January is a huge month for setting goals, but not everyone follows through with them.
A lot of people usually focus on trying to “get healthier” after feasting over the holidays. The beginning of January is usually PACKED at your local gym. Which is great, we’re always rooting for people to achieve their aspirations!! But, according to research conducted by Strava (the social network for athletes), the average “Quitters Day” is January 12th. A for effort, right?
So, how do we stick to our goals in the new year?
