This is why IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital has partnered with Collabo Creative, an Indianapolis-based service design company.
On behalf of IU Health, Collabo Creative researchers are conducting interviews with current and previous OB/GYN patients. Interviews are currently ongoing.
Help us improve your care by sharing your story and experience as an IU Health OB/GYN patient.
Your voice will help IU Health leaders see what it's like to be an OB/GYN patient—through your eyes.
Understand your needs better, so IU Health can improve the quality care provided for you.
As a current or previous IU Health OB/GYN patient, your input is invaluable to creating better experiences.

Your identity will remain completely anonymous should you choose to participate.
Ready to participate?
Interviews take about 30 minutes and will inquire about your current and past experiences, feelings and thoughts as a patient with IU Health. Follow the steps below to sign-up.
First, click on the "schedule interview" button below
You'll be taken to an online scheduling site where you can see all available interview times along with further details.
Next, select a time slot that works for you
You'll receive an email confirmation with your scheduled interview time and any additional information you'll need.
Finally, show up online for your interview
You'll receive 2 email reminders prior to your interview. However, we recommend adding this as an appointment to your calendar.
